A.R.T./New York Share-outs & Shout-outs

Join virtual conversations about the timely topics most relevant to your practice!

Share-outs feature A.R.T./New York’s work or surface skills and insights we think are vital to the field.

Shout-outs amplify the voices of our fellow theatremakers and partners. These moments feature the work being done by artists, organizations, and thought leaders we admire, connecting you with their knowledge, tools, and perspectives.

Cliff Palace, Colorado

Over the course of the year, we host a dynamic mix of Share-outs and Shout-outs covering a wide range of topics. When designing our program offerings, we carefully choose topics and craft each program to support the needs, interests, and creative growth of our theatremaking community.

A.R.T./New York Share-Out: CDF Impact Report

at calendar-day
Join A.R.T./New York and Dance/NYC for a public share-out of the FY26 CDF Impact Survey and a conversation on the future of arts funding in New York City. This event highlights our shared role as thought partners and leaders in local arts advocacy, featuring key findings from this year’s survey and four-year trend analysis from data analyst Carrie Blake. We’ll reflect on the origins of the CDF Impact Survey, why we began this work, how our methodology has evolved, and why sustained data collection remains critical to transparency and accountability in public arts funding.

All virtual Share-outs and Shout-outs include automated Zoom captioning. ASL interpretation and CART captioning are also available for both in-person and virtual events upon request — please reach out at least 5 business days in advance. For accessibility requests, accommodations, or more information, contact Ashley J. Hicks at ahicks@art-newyork.org.
