Cancellation Policy
We have a 72-hour (three-day) cancellation policy, as outlined in our Rental Guidelines. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be offered after that time. If a booking is still unpaid after the cancellation threshold passes, we may charge the last-used card on your account for the remaining balance. A nominal processing fee will be assessed for refunds requested via check.
Some rentals – including performances, lockouts, and reservations over $500 – may require a 50% downpayment. This amount is non-refundable & non-transferrable and counts toward the total balance due.
