A.R.T./New York’s South Oxford Space & Spaces@520 house a combined 39 offices for small to medium arts organizations. As artists and arts organizations navigate the changing work landscape, A.R.T./New York is proud to offer a wide variety of office spaces to fit the evolving needs of our member companies, all with the opportunity to work in a thriving artistic community.
Office tenants will have access to professional copiers at a discounted rate, a shared kitchen/pantry, a dedicated mailbox and mailing address, and storage space (subject to availability). Office tenants also have access to our on-site rehearsal studios at a discounted tenant rate. And if you don’t need a full-size, year-round, private office rental, we also have flexible commitment options available for month-to-month rentals in our Shared Office Spaces.

The Offices at Spaces@520
Located in Midtown Manhattan, our 32,000 square feet office space is broken down into spaces from 100 to 5,000 square feet for a variety of uses.

LuEsther T. Mertz South Oxford Space
Located in Fort Greene, near downtown Brooklyn and BAM, our offices occupy a five story, 19,000 square foot building available for a variety of occupants.
Mailbox Rental
A.R.T./New York offers mailbox rentals at both facilities for member companies without a permanent address. For a $30/month fee (billed annually), participating members have a mailbox, use of the copier (with usage billed monthly), and a place to receive packages.
